this was written in PSPX

and assumes you have a good understanding of PSP

"Azure Pleasure" and is available HERE

Font i used is Edwardian Script

Plug ins

Alienskin Xenofex-cracks

Alienskin Xenofex-rip open

Eyecandy 4 - gradient glow

Open a new canvas 800 x 600 and flood fill with white

Get a paper of choice, bg bluesailcoth and paste as a new layer

Go to Layers-new mask layer-image and find my mask

invert mask is UN-checked

apply mask

go to your layer palette and delete the mask layer,

answer yes to the pop up>layer palette-ungroup layers.

Open up another paper, i used whitewashed blues > resize to 30% of original

use your selection tool set to circle with a feather of 30 and draw out a selection on the paper > copy > paste onto your canvas > place on the left off centre > duplicate this layer.

On the bottom duplicate effects > xenofex > Cracks

hit the settings button and apply the setting of crumbling, or one of choice.

On the top duplicate go to > effects > Xenofex > Rip Open

On the settings buttun hit the "large radded rips" button

same colour on underside and make selection transparent are checked > resize your ripped layer by 5% if you feel its not being seen properly.

Open up your golden frame resize to 25% of original and copy and paste it on your canvas as a new layer > drop the frame below the ripped edge layer.

Open your golden edge and resize 25% of original, copy it and paste as a new layer onto your canvas > image > mirror

Open up a flower and the bow from the kit resize them both the same as before > place them to the top right of the frame.

Open up my hearts copy and paste them as a new layer.

Place it behind the golden corner

duplicate the hearts layer and on the duplicate resize by 70% of original > use your pick tool to rotate and place the hearts-resize with the pick tool also if you need.

Add a light drop shadow to the hearts .

Add your tube as a new layer > drop the tube between the ripped and cracked layers> duplicate and bring the duplicate above the ripped layer

Use your eraser tool to erase parts of the tube to make it look like your tube is sat in the hole of the rip itself.

Hide all your white background and mask layer activate your tube layer > Layers >merge > Merge Visible

Unhide

Add your name with a floating text > apply >

then i added a gradient glow

> effects > Eyecandy 4 > gradient glow

i used the dropper tool to pick a colour from the tag

> glow width 3.00 soft corners 25 > overall opacity 90 > outside selection checked.

and your ©

layers > merge > merge visible.

crop off any excess > and your done.!

Save as a JPG.
