and assumes you have a good understanding of PSP

Plug ins

Fantastic machines-paint engine - HERE

filters unlimited-paper textures-canvas fine

 

Open a new canvas 800 x 600 and flood fill with white

either get my mask layer and paste as a new layer on your canvas or

Get  your paper and  paste as a new image,

Go to Layers-new mask layer-image and find beckys mask22

invert mask is UN-checked

apply mask

go to your layer palette and delete the mask layer,

answer yes to the pop up>layer palette-ungroup layers.

copy this mask layer and paste it as a new layer onto your large white canvas > duplicate the mask layer and move them side by side with an overlap (you will need to make sure your circles line up) to make a longer more rectangular mask shape.

Copy and paste as new layers both folded papers and add a small drop shadow

Open up frame3 and paste as a new layer

open up frame1 and paste that as a new layer > image > mirror > add a drop shadow to both frames.

 use your freehand selection tool to draw around the edge of  frame3 so it is selected

Open up an image of choice paste as a new layer

 now go to selections > invert > delete > select none

 move this layer below the frame3.

use your freehand selection tool to draw around the edge of  frame1 so it is  selected

now you can either add a different image for this frame or a paper or use the same image as before, its up to you.

I used the same image on mine.

If you are using a different image

Open it up and paste as a new layer

 now go to selections > invert > delete > select none

 move this layer below the frame1.

If you are using the same image as i have done go straight to this step - with your image layer active go to effects

fantastic machines and apply these settings

 

Now still keep the selection and go to effects >filters unlimited2 > paper textures >canvas fine > ok

selections > de-select

Add your buttons and bows and flowers.

resize them to your liking

On some of the flowers i added the same paint engine effect and the same canvas effect

Add the fastner and your nearly done

add your name and and your ©

 

layers > merge > merge visible.

crop off any excess > and your done.!

Save as a JPG. or a PNG
