this was written in PSPX & AS

and assumes you have a good understanding of both

Plug ins - Xenofex-constellations

Font i used - 2 Peas flea Market

Supplies

ok off we go!!

Open a new canvas 700 x 700 and flood fill with white

Copy and paste my mask layer as a new layer
Get paper of choice from the kit, i chose a black one
resize it to 20% of original

Get the black round glitter frame resize to 30% and paste as a new layer.
Get your freehand selection tool (lassoo) and draw around the eadge of the frame
with the black paper active selections > invert > delete.
selections > select none
Get the black doodle from the kit and resize to 20%
paste as a new layer
Activate the doodle layer
go to Adjust > sharpness > sharpen > adjust > sharpen > sharpen more.
Get my text layer and paste that as a new layer

Open up the cream frame (sev element30)
resize to 20% and paste as a new layer
choose another paper from the kit
i chose nani paper17 resize to 20%
then risize again to 30% > drop the paper behind the cream frame
use your freehand selection tool again and draw around the outside of the frame
make sure the paper is active
selections > invert > delete
Selections > Select none
hide all your layers apart from the cream frame and the pink paper background
layers > merge > merge visible
unhide all

Use your pick/deform tool to angle the frame to the right slightly.
add a drop shadow
I got various flowers from the kit and resized them to 20%
i added them all on new layers to my tag and used my pick/deform tool
to angle them and resize them.
I did the same with the butterflies > resized to 20% and
the pick tool to place and angle and to further resize if i wanted.
I opened my flowerry glitter flourish (sev element 26)
resized it to 20% then risized again to 70%
I pasted this as a new layer and used my pick tool again to angle it into posistion.
Add any other elements you wish.

Add your tube and drop it below the glitter frame
use your freehand selection tool to select any bits
coming out of the frame and hit delete.

Add your © and licence info and your name.

If you wish to animate it continue on.

Activate the round glitter frame
go to effects
alien skin xenofex - constellation and use the following settings


edit > copy merged
over into animation shop
paste as a new animation
back to psp
edit undo
effects > xenofex > constellation
this time hit the random seed button once
edit > copy merge
over to AS
click on your tag, paste after current frame
back to psp
edit undo
effects > xenofex > constellation
and hit the random seed button once more
edit > copy merge
over to AS
click on your tag, paste after current frame
in AS go to view and check your animation is running properly
Save!
and your done!!
