You need a licence to use Suzannes work, which you can purchase through
this was written in PSPX and Animation Shop
and assumes you have a good understanding of both
Template#91 from Kristin @ Toxic Desires HERE
Mask 118 by me HERE
Plug ins - Eye Candy4 - Gradient Glow (optional)
Font i used - Angelized
ok off we go!!
Open up my Mask and minimise to your system tray
Open up your template- shift+D to duplicate, close original
delete the © top layer
Activate the bottom layer of the template
go to image-canvas size and change to 600 pixels x 600pixels
leave the rest at default.
go to your flood fill tool and flood fill your new canvas area with white.
Stay on your white background
new raster layer, flood fill with a black or dark grey colour,
layers-new mask layer-from image
click on your drop down and find gemsmasks-118
source luminance checked only.
apply the mask,
go to layers-merge-merge group.
now activate your rectangle in your layer palette,
select the rectangle using your magic wand
flood fill with a colour from your tube
i used #2c1726
Activate your moon layer
go to -Adjust-brightness and contrast
brightness and contrast-
brightness-30
contrast-30
now activate your tree and go to eye candy- gradient glow
apply these settings, make the colour white or off white
apply the same gradient glow to the bats and witchinghour text.
If you are using the same tube as me copy and paste
your tube, cat and broom as a new layer
make sure your tube layer is active
go to your lassoo tool and draw around the broomstick
edit copy- leave selected, hit delete-select none
edit paste as a new layer
drop the new broom layer behind the witchinghour text
add a small drop shadow to the broom and main tube.
add your copyright and your name
now we animate
keep your broom activated have it sat central above your text
edit-copy merged
over to animation shop
edit- paste as a new animation
back to psp
go to your pick/deform tool and angle your broom slightly to the left
edit- copy merged
over to AS paste after current frame
back to psp
hit your undo button once
edit copy merged
over to animation shop
edit- paste after current frame
back to psp
hit your undo button once
go to your pick/deform tool and angle your broom slightly to the right
edit-copy merged
over to AS paste after current frame.
got to edit-select all
click on the blue title of your canvas
go to frame properties and change the number to 28
go to view animation, check that your animation is running properly
and then save as !
