Activate your top layer and add a new layer.
go to your rectangle selection tool and draw out a rectangle selection half way in and down from the top frame to the opposite half the other said at the bottom.

hide everything apart from the 3 tubes and the rectangle
Stay on the merged tube layer
duplicate and activate the original (bottom of the 2)
go to effects-textured effects-fine leather
apply these settings
On the top copy go to effects
weave and apply these settings.
Staying on the top copy lower the opacity to 47.
add a small drop shadow to the bottom rectangle.
resize to 35% of original
